The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) is seeking advice on its diverse portfolio of land, properties and facilities across north London.
NLWA is looking for urban designers or property professionals to develop and implement planning applications as well as expert advisory services for the purchase and sale of assets to optimise the use and value of its sites.
The search highlights requirements for prospective bidders to assist with securing, developing and implementing planning applications with a high understanding of local planning policies, regulatory frameworks and sustainability requirements. Further aid is required on asset management to propose favourable outcomes in the purchase and sale of property transactions through thorough research.
North London Waste Authority owns sites such as the Edmonton incinerator, which started construction in 2022 and faces opposition from residents. The site is under construction and yet to complete.
The authority also has varying property interests in Edmonton EcoPark, Hornsey Street, Islington, Hannah Close, Wembley, Pickets Lock Lane, Pinkham Way, Deepham Farm Road and land to the north of Edmonton EcoPark, land beside Lower Hall Lane, Edmonton, land at Hawley Road, Edmonton and Berol House, Tottenham Hale.
