Organisations are invited to apply to work alongside Trivallis on a mixed-tenure estate as part of the Penrhys Regeneration Project.

With 120 homes set to be delivered in Phase 1, the 10-year plan is to provide between 800-900 new residences.

Phase 1a will be at the top of the estate, near where the old Soaring Supersaurus building used to be, and sees the displacement of some residents during construction.

The partner must manage all stages of the process from planning to aftercare as well as fund and sell the market housing units. Trivallis will fund and retain the affordable housing.

Applicants will face a three-stage process with initial competition of the Welsh procurement specific questionnaire available on Etender Wales: etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk

Three organisations will be shortlisted and invited to submit an initial proposal and participate in dialogue. Trivallis will provide feedback and refined submissions will be submitted at the last stage.

Following Trivallis’ approval process, the contract will be awarded.
