Architect sought for site within Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Architectural services for an affordable housing development in Briery Bank, Arnside are being requested by South Lake Housing. The 2.8ha (approx.) site currently has outline planning for eight residential dwellings but a mixture of ideas should be explored.

With principals of community, affordability and sustainability at the projects core, the development should also be respectful of the towns qualities as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. However, it is key that the design addresses housing requirements in and area where the gap between demand and supply grows.
