In order to increase the appeal of an industrial estate in an enterprise zone, inward investment by Walthamstow Council supported a number of interventions designed by We Made That. In this short film by Jim Stephenson, the traders describe the impact of the changes as "greater than the sum of its parts".

The film showcases the potential of urban industrial estates. Once seen as a blight, the removal of parking and the addition of lighting, planting, seating and welcoming signage has transformed Lockwood Way into a social and commercial hub, and become a more desirable place to work and play.
