Ballymore is a developer with vast and varied experience, acknowledged as pioneers of some of Europe’s largest regeneration projects.

Known locally as BRL, we are a joint venture between L&Q and the Mayor of London. We are the company behind the delivery of the new homes and facilities at Barking Riverside.

The Battersea Power Station site is owned by a consortium of Malaysian investors comprising PNB, Sime Darby Property, S P Setia and the Employees’ Provident Fund. The development management of the project is being undertaken by British based, Battersea Power Station Development Company.

Be First is wholly owned by Barking and Dagenham Council. Our mission is to accelerate the development of new homes and jobs for local people.
