Village of Penrhys seeks development partner for mixed-use site

The village of Penrhys is seeking a development partner to work with Trivallis to provide an exciting mixed-use development of 800-900 new homes, 1000 sqm of commercial space and public realm.

The project will also include a new primary school, sports facilities and high-quality green spaces.

Prior to tender, Penrhys wishes to meet to gain feedback on the concept masterplan, housing and environmental standards, financial viability, the procurement process and the draft site layout from all suitable suppliers.

One-to-one meetings will be held remotely and take place with all suitable suppliers that register an interest between 11 August and 29 September 2025. An in-person event may take place between 1-15 September.
