York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority seeks consultant for Local Transport Plan

With a goal to be prepared for formal consultation in early 2026, York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority are seeking a consultant for a Local Transport Plan.

Five key frameworks were set out in March 2025 to shape the travel networks with goals of creating healthier and safer travel, enhancing accessibility and protecting the environment.

At an estimated value of £250,000, the consultant should set out objects of the plan in relation to these key deliverables. With the development of core components, stakeholder agreement should be received and an impact assessment completed.
