Irwell Valley Developments seeks multidisciplinary team for housing estate regeneration in Greater Manchester

Irwell Valley Developments Limited are seeking support on a two-stage tender process for a housing estate regeneration in Greater Manchester.

The services required will need a multidisciplinary team, lead by a consultant. Suggested make-up includes:

• Employers
• Agent
• Architects
• Planning consultants
• Ground investigation
• Structural Engineer
• Civil Engineer
• Principal Designer (CDM)
• Principal designer (Building regulations)
• M&E designer
• Low energy consultant
• Ecology assessor

The project is expected to be delivered across a 6 year period to provide both new build and environmental improvements.

Irwell Valley Developments Limited is currently regenerating two of their largest estates, both in Manchester – Sale West, Trafford and Haughton Green, Tameside.

As a not-for-profit organisation, their projects provide affordable homes and services across the city.
