Recommendations required to support a broader utilisation of the area [Deadline 3 June]
Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is seeking recommendations to diversify the internal spaces within the Velodrome at Lee Valley VeloPark.
The suited consultant should examine the current uses and evaluate and any operational, technical and structural constraints.
This should inform options to repurpose spaces to be more flexible for year-round use.
Home to the 2012 London Olympics, the Velodrome now features gyms, training areas, courts, café and meeting spaces outside of the track cycling since opening to the public in 2014.
The 6,000 seat venue is known as ‘The Pringle’ for its curving form designed by Hopkins Architects.
This tender will be awarded on equal parts Price to Quality following final submission deadline on 10 June.
Interested parties should enquire by 3 June via: in-tendhost.co.uk/leevalley/aspx/
