Category B-listed building to be redeveloped into community and charity hub [Deadline 6 May 2026]
An accredited conservation architect and design team are being sought by Glasgow Building Preservation Trust for the regeneration of Whitevale Baths.
The design team will need to provide service for RIBA stage 1-6 to restore this category B-listed building into a welcoming hub for the children’s charity PEEK Project.
The charity is Glasgow-based and provides support for all ages experiencing poverty and inequality.
Currently, only the red-brick façade of the 1902 Whitevale Baths remains and is in dire need of repair after major demolition in the mid-2010s.
In 2025, the Pilgrim Trust provided £15,000 in funding to go towards surveying works.
